• Generate and Manage Leads of the Hospitality Industry
• Train and monitor the sales team’s performance
• Design and formulate strategies to help our brand maximize Sales
• Negotiate deals and support negotiation from the team
• Achieve the monthly Sales targets by enabling the team
• Prepare and submit Sales reports to the senior management.
• A significant and proven experience in Sales and management of a Sales team
• Experience working in a startup, building the team from scratch.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A knack for strategizing to drive actual sales and maximize revenue
• Any graduate degree
