Job Description

  • This position brings challenges and rewards of being part of the initial sales team at Nimesa. You are required to be multidimensional, but the primary responsibility is to do market research, connect with customers through email\LI\phone, setup meetings,  understand their pain points, suggest solutions, with creative follow-ups leading to sales closure.

  • We are currently seeking energetic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This position is an integral part of our sales engine. SDRs are a specialized group of individuals always “hunting” for high-value opportunities.

  • SDRs are focused on the front end of the sales cycle and be the face of Nimesa. This individual must be a highly motivated,  outgoing, self-starter who is able to identify  and develop opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, and individual research.

The incumbent is expected to excel in this role and pave his/her own path to become a successful Account Executive in the next 18-24 months.

Position Requirements :

  •  0-2 yrs experience in demand generation through various channels, qualification, appointment setting, email marketing, demo products or presentation to CXO level in the international/domestic market.

  • Great communicator over phone, email and Linkedin

  • Excellent  presentation skills.

  • High IQ and EQ

  • Discipline to follow rigorous sales processes.

  • Background in technology\software would be preferred

  • Top performer in some areas

  • Would be ready to learn best in class sales process and ambition to grow fast
