Job Description:

 ● Customer support related to product or services of the organization 

 ● Solving customer queries and problems within time.

 ● Analyzing the customer problems and advising the organization for relevant solutions.

 ● Understanding customer suggestions and complaints about the development           of  the organization.

 ● Problem resolution and customer handling

 ● Understanding the customer concerns and handling their problems with          .         politeness and respect.

 ● Develop a good relationship between customer and service provider for long-           term customer assurance.

 ● Generating a customer feedback report for the organization to understand                 customer concerns for their product or service.

 ● Assisting the organization in planning the strategies for reducing customer                complaints.

 ● Planning for positive customer feedback.

 ● Maintaining a pleasant working environment for the organization.

 ● Conducting quality assurance surveys from customers and subscribers.

 ● Creating policies and procedures for the improvement in customer service.

 ● Managing a team of customer support representatives offering customer                  services.

 ● Setting customer service protocols.

Responsibilities of  Business Development Executive:​

  • Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Directors. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

  • Involving in Business Development activities for International Market.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Prospecting for new clients and new business opportunities.

  • Attain and exceed outbound call/B2B objectives.– Source/ sector specific prospect lists via personal web research supplement by subscription-based online search services

  • Familiarity will be a distinctive Plus.

  • Hardcore Selling.

  • Responsible for complete Sales Cycle (Lead Generation, Pricing, Closing deals etc.).

  • Develop and refine scripts, presentations, sales paths over time.

  • Coordinate and prepare sales presentation through online demos and proposals to prospects.

  • Campaigns and email requests, via email and telephone for new customer acquisitions.

  • Preparing RFP/RFQ
